Treasure Hunter gift-code redemption help

Start with the announcement that issued your Treasure Hunter - Survival code. It identifies the relevant event and server. Follow the issuing announcement for the matching server and event.

First identify which product you have. A free event gift and a paid TH activation code are different offers. The studio's TH Shop sells paid balances and delivers activation codes by email; those purchases should follow the shop's own instructions. A free-code article should not send a purchased activation code to an undocumented menu.

For a free event gift, keep the original Facebook or Discord announcement beside the code. The historical US 2 launch announcement used ZXA4-08DA-16C7, a four-four-four format. That example establishes how that particular code was printed; it does not prove that every future code uses the same format or that the historical code remains available.

Follow the redemption instructions attached to the issuing announcement, keeping its server and event labels together with the code. The official Facebook page and the Discord linked from the studio homepage are the public support routes for an announcement that leaves the entry location unclear. These links also help distinguish Mega Combat’s game from other products using the same English title.

If an entry is refused, preserve the exact message and the event or server name when asking the official support channel. Avoid repeatedly buying a paid code to solve a free-event error. Current public-code status and historical announcements are linked below, so you can check whether the code came from a current offer or an old launch post.
