Privacy policy

This site loads Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Adsterra (Native Banner and Social Bar) on the first page view, without waiting for a click. The banner is a notice and a withdrawal control: Reject turns all three off and remembers that choice for 180 days.

Who we are: Treasure Hunter Run, reached at [email protected]. There is no separate data-protection officer. That address handles access, correction, deletion and objection requests. The site is an independent guide and is not operated by Mega Combat Studio or any store.

Default loading and your choice: on a first visit the page records granted in thr_consent and loads Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Adsterra as soon as the page script runs. It does not wait for you to press Accept. The banner still appears so you know what loaded and can withdraw. Accept keeps the services on. Reject writes denied for 180 days, removes the vendor scripts and the sponsored bar, sends Google a consent update that denies analytics and advertising storage, and reloads the page so pending requests stop. Cookie settings in the footer opens the banner again. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is treated as Reject: the page records denied and does not inject the three services.

First-party storage: thr_consent in local storage holds granted or denied plus an expiry 180 days out. thr_social_closed holds the expiry of your decision to close the Adsterra Social Bar, also 180 days. Both keys live only in your browser on treasurehunter.run; the site does not send them to a server. The site sets no other first-party cookie. You can delete both keys through your browser's site-data controls, after which the next visit counts as a fresh visit and loads the services again.

Google Analytics 4: measurement ID G-9FSMHS0998. GA4 sets first-party cookies _ga and _ga_9FSMHS0998 for two years by default. It records page views, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser details, referral source, and events such as outbound clicks. Google may process the data in the United States under its own safeguards. Event-level retention follows the property's configured setting; this page does not publish a retention period we have not checked. The default loading described above is a site behavior, not an affirmative consent action. You can withdraw with Reject, block the tag with a content blocker, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Google ad personalization can be changed at https://adssettings.google.com.

Microsoft Clarity: project z8s35ju09c. Clarity documents _clck and _clsk as first-party cookies, and CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID and SM as third-party cookies. It may also use local storage for session state. It records heatmaps and session replays of clicks, scrolls and page layout; form inputs are masked by default. It also records approximate location, device and browser data. Clarity says recording data is available to the webmaster for up to 30 days; vendor policies govern other data. These requests follow the default loading and withdrawal behavior described above. Reject stops the loader from creating the Clarity tag. Microsoft's privacy statement is at https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement and its opt-out page is at https://choice.microsoft.com.

Adsterra: publisher 3403020, website 6177092. Adsterra supplies the Native Banner inside the page and the Social Bar, the fixed floating bar at the bottom-right. Adult ads are switched off for this site in the Adsterra panel. Adsterra and its demand partners may set cookies or local storage on treasurehunter.run and on their own domains to cap frequency, measure clicks and choose creatives. The delivered loaders have used names such as _eabid, _eabk, _eeabb and _eppk; the network may add others. Ad requests go to bicea.org and may reach creative or demand hosts such as cdn.show-creative1.com, cdn.show-sb.com, cdn.cloudpiko.com and static.nresystems.com. These are Adsterra delivery or demand-partner hosts, not separate services run by this site. Retention is set by Adsterra and its demand partners; we do not publish an unverified expiry for their storage. These requests follow the default loading and withdrawal behavior described above. Reject removes the ad scripts and the floating bar for 180 days. You can opt out of personalized advertising at https://optout.aboutads.info, https://www.youronlinechoices.com and https://thenai.org/how-to-opt-out/; opting out does not stop ads, it stops personalized ads. Our ads.txt declares adsterra.com, 3403020, DIRECT so buyers can verify the seller.

YouTube: video buttons show a local thumbnail first. Pressing play creates a frame from https://www.youtube.com/embed/ and only then does Google receive your IP address and set its player cookies, which can include VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE, YSC and PREF. The legal basis for that request is your decision to play the clip. YouTube's terms and Google's privacy policy apply from that moment. We do not preload the player, and we do not run a second video host.

Other third parties: fonts, pictures and styles are served from treasurehunter.run. The site does not run Google AdSense, a pop-under, a Smartlink, a traffic-mesh banner SDK or a social embed other than the YouTube player you request. If that changes, this page changes in the same release and the new vendor is named before it loads.

Processing and retention: the site serves pages, keeps your on-device preference, and requests the services described above by default. A default-on preference is not an affirmative consent action. The on-device choice is kept for 180 days. GA4 and Clarity retention is described above. Adsterra retention is set by the network. Mail you send is kept long enough to answer and to log a correction, then deleted when the thread no longer needs it.

Your rights: you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection by emailing [email protected]. You can withdraw consent at any time with Reject or Cookie settings; withdrawal does not affect processing that already happened. You can complain to your local data-protection authority. Global Privacy Control is the automated signal this site honors; Do Not Track is treated the same way even though not every browser sends it reliably.

Changes: the date under the title is the date of this text. A material change updates that date and the facts table above. This policy describes the build that ships Adsterra units 32103801 and 32103802; if the units or the network change, the policy and ref/adsterra.json change together.

Questions

Do you load ads and analytics before I click Accept?

Yes. A first visit is treated as granted, so GA4, Clarity and Adsterra load immediately. The banner is a notice; Reject turns them off and remembers that for 180 days.

What is thr_consent?

The local-storage key that remembers granted or denied for 180 days. It is read before the loader injects anything.

What is thr_social_closed?

The local-storage key that remembers you closed the Adsterra Social Bar. It also lasts 180 days, so the bar does not return on the next page view.

How do I change my choice?

Use Cookie settings in the footer. Accept turns the services back on; Reject removes them again.

Which ad network and seller do you use?

Adsterra, publisher 3403020. ads.txt declares adsterra.com, 3403020, DIRECT. Adult ads are off.
